2016 KCA-IC Annual Conference: Call for Proposals (Deadline: May 30, 2016)
Dear KCA-IC members,
We are pleased to invite you to submit a program proposal for the 2016 Korean Counseling Association-International Chapter (KCA-IC) conference, ¡°Global Perspectives in Counselor Education and Training.¡± The KCA-IC aims to promote the status of practitioners, educators, and researchers in the field of counseling through continuing educational opportunities and professional networking events.
This year the conference will be held from 4:00pm to 10:00pm on Friday, October 7, 2016 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in New Orleans, LA. Information about the hotel will be available here. Roundtable discussion and poster sessions will be offered at the conference. Dinner will be provided free of charge for all registered attendees. Registration information will be available later. Please consider submitting a proposal and we hope to see you in New Orleans!
A program proposal must include the following:
1. Presenter Information
2. Program Title
3. Program Abstract - a brief summary of the information in your presentation
4. Program Description - overview, rationale, content and implications
5. Presentation Format
a. Roundtable
b. Poster
*Roundtable sessions include 15-20 minutes of oral presentation, 30-35 minutes of discussion and feedback. Presenters are expected to bring discussion questions to attendees seated around a table.

Submissions must be received by May 30, 2016
